Is ordering safe and secure?

Yes, we use full 128-bit SSL encryption on our shopping cart and checkout to ensure all our customer's personal details are safe and secure. You can see that our checkout pages are secure by checking for a padlock icon on the status bar (must be enabled) of your browser.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, AMEX and Mastercard credit cards. By purchasing with your credit card, transactions are quicker and easier. As you are charged immediately, it enables us to send your order as quickly as possible.

Who will appear on my credit card statement?

What currency will I be charged?

All orders are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are using a foreign account the purchase amount will be converted to your local currency. Depending on your credit card provider, exchange fees may apply (call your provider to find out).

Will I be charged Tax or GST?

Orders made from Australia will include 10% GST
Orders made from countries outside of Australia will include any taxes that are relevant to the country of origin.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs $5.50 for orders under $50 and $8.80 for orders over $50 to anywhere within Australia.

International

All International orders are sent via Australia Post Express Courier service. The shipping cost can be calculated on the order page.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

We can track all orders throughout the delivery process so we will be able to find out the exact location of your order.

We abide by the Refunds Policy of the Queensland Government Office of Fair Trading

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased:

Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase;
Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;
Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase; and/or
Do not do the job as you were led to believe.

You are not entitled to a refund if you:

Alphasport will exchange or refund a product if it is returned to us in it's original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay freight costs.
Defective products will be replaced with the original product purchased. For products that cannot be replaced. a full refund will be provided. Alphasport will pay freight.
All return requests must be lodged with the Alphasport help center within 14 days of delivery.

How to Contact the Help Center

If a problem arises with your product you can contact the Alphasport Help Center to receive technical support or receive a returns authorization number. You must obtain a returns authorization number before attempting to return a product to us.
You need to call Alphasport within 14 days of receiving the product on our customer service number or by email. We will evaluate your return request and issue you with a returns authorization number if appropriate. We will also provide you with return address details.
